Alison Thompson

Alison Thompson lives with her family on the south coast of NSW and is a founding member of the Kitchen Table Poets, a group of Shoalhaven poets who have been meeting regularly for the last decade. Her poems have appeared in several journals including Blue Dog, The Australian, Yellow Moon, Five Bells, Poetrix and Famous Reporter.

Her chapbook Slow Skipping is published by PressPress(2008). She won the DPP Byron Bay Writers Festival Poetry prize in 2011 and was selected for an ASA mentorship in 2012.  for a proposed collection of poetry.
